I’m trying to gain lean muscle weight and heard that hemp protein will do that. Is this true? Any one currently taking hemp protein and have previously used whey, or isolated and notice a difference?

Dude, if hemp protein was any good, every company that makes protein powders would be making it. Its either a rip off because of cost or its not as good. Stick with whey protein isolate.
